As an Associate Network Engineer (ANE), you will receive a valuable, extensive, intense education - with coaching and support at every step of the way to ensure that, if you are willing to work, you can succeed. All participants will begin training on-line via video conferencing for a period of 6 months for a total
of 360 hours. The following details how the program works:
During the first 4 months you will spend 90% of your time training to acquire basic and advanced networking knowledge. During the next 4 month, you will spend 90% of your time in Aysik Network Engineering Associate program. The program will offer a global environment that provides on-the-job training that will prepare you for a successful engineering career in the Cisco line of business. You will work on real-world projects to gain hands on experience with leading-edge technology. You will work on large-scale projects to have quality experience. You will be focusing on the latest technology advancements including Cisco architectures, solutions, products and competitors. You will shadow network engineers, spend a percentage of your time working with internal teams, and engage in real world projects to learn more about your future job and gain experience working with customers. You will work in labs to get hands-on experience. During this period, you will also earn your Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). You will spend 10% of your time receiving reinforcement and coaching to ensure that you are building the required competencies as well as building your communication skills. You will come in contact with our HR specialists to recognize and discover your true talents and strength to ensure you are placed in a role that aligns with you natural abilities. Our goal is to help you do what you do best everyday. All too often, our natural talents go untapped. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths. It should be the other way around. You will advance into an engineering role with the Aysik Backbone & Access team, shadowing technology professionals. Backbone & Access engineering is a multi-level technical organization providing technical engineering services to customer including design, implementation and support in a global networked environment. You can continue to receive support from senior engineers while on the job as you build you technical confidence. Our network engineers completed projects for some of the world's most successful companies (DirectTV, Microsoft, Amazon and more) and many who completed our program were able to land multiple offers from companies such Cisco, IBM, Comcast and companies in MENA (Middle-east and North Africa region). Education:
A Minimum BS/BA (MA/MS may also apply)
A G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher required
A Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer preferred), Also - Information Technologies, Computer Sciences, Math or Physics. A CCNA/CCDA certification preferred
A MCSE certification highly desired
Experience:
0-2 years which may include technical support, pre-sales support, hands-on installation in the computer technology industry, business or sales. Pre-Requisite:
Must be willing to attend all online training sessions as well as relocate anywhere in the U.S or the Middle east for potential opportunities after the completion of the program. Skills Required:
