Deep Rooted Hypnotherapy
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. My name is Tanya and I am from Billings Mt.
Became a hypnotherapist in the past year and couldn’t be happier about my decision. I freaking love helping people, watch seeing their results and being a cheerleader for them! I am grateful for this gift I was given!
My favorite reviews to get! ❤️Hyonosis works my friends.
Trying to fix someone who keeps hurting you? 🛑
That’s not love; that’s a slow death by disrespect.
It’s wild, isn’t it?
The way we convince ourselves that one more chance, one more “I’m sorry,” will suddenly turn them into Prince Charming.
But newsflash: If they’re repeatedly doing things they know hurt you, that’s not love—it’s disrespect. 🚩
Maybe it's their own trauma talking, but you’re not their therapist, and your love won’t fix them.
You’ll exhaust yourself trying to change someone who isn’t changing.
How many times do you have to get burned to know it’s not going to stop?
You deserve to be valued, not stuck in a loop of broken promises. It’s okay to let go. You don’t owe them your peace. ❤️🩹
Ready to break the cycle?
Let’s talk about how to put YOU first. 💫 DM me to start your healing journey!
You are Enough,
Tanya ❤️
Does joy feel like a distant memory?
You’re not alone.
If life’s colors seem muted and even simple moments of happiness feel out of reach, it's not just you—it’s the weight of everything you’ve been carrying.
The smiles that feel forced, the constant numbness, the overwhelming feeling that joy is something that happens to everyone else but you… it’s like living behind a glass wall, seeing life but not feeling it.
You deserve more than this fog of sadness and monotony. You deserve to feel connected, to wake up with a sense of purpose, and to genuinely smile again.
Let’s work together to break through that wall and reignite the spark inside you.
Book a hypnotherapy session with me, and let’s start finding your joy again—one gentle, powerful step at a time. You’re worth every moment of feeling alive.
You Are Enough,
Tanya ❤️
Tickling Triggers
Triggers are like the stand-up comedians of our subconscious, delivering unexpected punchlines to our emotions.
Picture this: You're at the grocery store, and suddenly, your emotional baggage decides to make a surprise appearance in Aisle 5. 🛒 Who invited them to the party?
In relationships, triggers are akin to echoes of the past reverberating into the present.
When someone remarkable inadvertently triggers a response, it's not a flaw in them but a call to inspect our emotional archives.
The cure lies not in blaming external circumstances but in introspection.
But fear not! These triggers aren't here to steal the show; they're more like quirky sidekicks, reminding us that even our emotional baggage deserves a good laugh.
Hypnosis is a sophisticated tool for navigating the corridors of the mind.
By peeling back layers of experiences, we unveil the true origins of triggers.
The art lies in posing the right questions to ourselves and discerning the authentic source.
We all have these pesty comedians in our heads, and they are felt in our bodies, causing havoc and a fight or flight response, but it doesn't have to be that way.
You can get rid of them, or you can choose to live with them. But they will constantly remind you of what needs to be healed.
The traumas that create these situations for you arent going anywhere until you process it and the party continues...
I can help you if you're ready to embark on a healing journey.
DM me and lets set you free from the little comedic as****es. Ive got you!
You Are Enough,
Tanya ❤️
Attention People Pleasers:
People-pleasing: the art of being a mind reader, emotional juggler, and a doormat—all rolled into one.
But here’s the kicker: it’s less about them and more about you.
People-pleasing is a trauma response, a way to control your world by keeping everyone else happy.
The problem?
It’s like trying to fill a bucket with a hole in it—no matter how much you pour in, it’s never enough. And when the applause fades, so does your sense of self.
So, who are you really pleasing? Them? Or the fear of not being liked?
Spoiler: it’s time to ditch the act.
Ready to please the one person who’s been waiting in the wings?
Hint: it’s you.

Are you truly happy?
We often try to fill the void with stuff—ever seen a hearse pulling a U-Haul?
Exactly.
Material things might give a quick thrill, but true happiness?
That’s an inside job. "Fake it till you make it" is just pretending with extra steps.
It’s time to take stock: What’s gnawing at you?
Why does every day feel like a slog through Jell-O?
Why stick with toxic relationships? Do you secretly think you’re a human doormat?
Real life isn’t about unpacking 60 Amazon packages. It's about finding peace within.
Want true happiness? Start with a heart-to-heart with yourself.
I can help you if you need to find your happy again!
You Ate Enough,

Our thoughts are real but that doesn’t mean they are true.
Do you ever feel trapped by your own fears?
You're not alone.
Fear is a powerful emotion, but it's also a master deceiver.
It convinces us that playing small, staying safe, and avoiding risks will protect us from disappointment and hurt. But in reality, this constant state of fear only holds us back.
We fear judgment, abandonment, and not being enough.
We cling to control, thinking it will save us from chaos. Yet, this addiction to fear manifests as anxiety, depression, physical pain, addiction, insomnia, and stress.
Society tells us that anything worth having requires struggle and sacrifice, making us addicted to suffering. This mindset only increases our struggles.
Imagine a life free from these fears. A life where you feel confident, peaceful, and empowered.
Hypnotherapy can help you release these fears and break free from the cycle of suffering just by relaxing and allowing me to do all the work. It's easy and very effective. They never go away until you finally face them. you can mask them all you want but they are still there.
How much do you value your life? Make the change today! Dm me for details.

So, let's get real for a moment 🤔
Self-sabotage is like having a tiny gremlin in your brain, constantly pushing buttons that send your life spiraling in the wrong direction.
It's that inner voice saying, "You're not good enough," or "You'll never succeed," just as you're about to take a leap of faith.
It's procrastination, self-doubt, and the art of shooting yourself in the foot when you're on the brink of something great.
But here's the kicker: self-sabotage is a sneaky little devil that can infiltrate every aspect of our lives.
It might make you oversleep when you have an important meeting, or it could convince you that you don't deserve that promotion.
It's the reason you reach for that second slice of cake even though you're trying to eat healthier.
The good news? Self-sabotage is not an invincible enemy.
Hypnotherapy, my friends, can help you identify and dismantle those self-destructive patterns.
Through hypnosis, you can rewire your subconscious mind, replacing those negative beliefs with empowering ones.
You can learn to trust yourself, silence that inner gremlin, and take control of your destiny.
So, let's break free from the chains of self-sabotage and unlock our full potential.
Remember, laughter is just one step towards healing, and with the right guidance, you can rewrite your story, one positive affirmation at a time.
You Are Enough,
Tanya ❤️
If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude about it.
Remember: Our thoughts dictate what we attract.
Don’t be afraid to shine…the sun doesn’t give a f**k who it blinds
✨😎✨
Life is too short to spend another day at war with yourself. Be kind to yourself. You deserve it!
If you stay in your unhealed trauma long enough, you’ll turn into the people that caused it.
I was watching tv the other day and ANOTHER pharmaceutical company had a commercial for a pill that you can take if your antidepressants aren’t fully doing their job…😂
Give me a freaking break! Again, let’s add another pill to your pill that should be doing the work…but here’s the problem. ITS A FREAKING BANDAID. The problem is still there. And why isn’t your first pill working?
I’ll tell ya why? Cause they need to sell drugs…they don’t care about how many pills you’re on.
Then…the list of side effects was so ridiculous. It went on and on… diarrhea, constipation, nausea, vomiting, seizures, weight gain, sexual side effects, lazy left eye, muscle spasms, and blah blah blah.
I’m sorry for my rant…but I guess knowing that I have healed myself and others that we have the power within us. Do your research.
We all have a moral compass…it’s your choice whether you follow it or not
🤍
🌿 Your Mind, Body, and Spirit 🌿
In the intricate dance of life, our well-being hinges on the harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
Neglecting any one aspect leaves us vulnerable to dis-ease.
Just as we tend to our physical health, we must also prioritize mental and spiritual wellness. Our minds require nourishment to thrive, our bodies demand care to function optimally, and our spirits yearn for connection and fulfillment.
Embrace holistic healing by honoring each dimension of your being.
Remember, true wellness blossoms when we nurture the trifecta of mind, body, and spirit.
But..it does all begin with our thoughts!
You Are Enough,
Tanya ❤️
Guess what??
You’re freaking awesome whether you believe it or not…I believe in you!

The Miraculous Healing Within:
Your Immune System
In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it's easy to forget the incredible power residing within each of us – our immune system, our innate miracle worker.
As a hypnotherapist, I've delved into the depths of the human psyche, and I've come to realize that our bodies are equipped with an extraordinary capacity for healing, both physical and non-physical.
From the moment we enter this world, we carry within us a self-healing program, a biological marvel designed to safeguard us against illness and injury.
It's our immune system, an intricate network of cells, tissues, and organs working tirelessly to keep us healthy and whole.
Think about it – when you catch a cold or scrape your knee, it's your immune system that springs into action, orchestrating a symphony of responses to combat invaders and repair damage.
But its abilities extend far beyond just fighting off pathogens; it's also adept at addressing non-physical ailments that plague our minds and spirits.
In our quest for quick fixes, we often turn to pills and potions to alleviate our suffering. Yet, these remedies merely mask the symptoms, leaving the underlying issues untouched.
The truth is, true healing comes from within – from activating the inherent potential of our immune system.
Stress, the silent saboteur of our well-being, lies at the heart of much of our pain and affliction.
But by nurturing our immune system, we can fortify ourselves against the ravages of stress and reclaim control over our health and happiness.
So, the next time you feel the tug of discomfort, remember – you possess a boundless reservoir of healing energy within you.
Embrace it, nurture it, and trust in its transformative power.
If you work on healing your heart, past traumas, and get to the root of your issues, you can begin to heal almost anything.
You Are Enough,
Tanya ❤️
Focus on self-improvement, this is one thing you have control over.
Pay attention to your insecurities. They are not there to taunt you but to show you where to heal.
🖤
Hating on others is a clear sign you need to work on yourself

Do you ever catch yourself saying, "my anxiety"?
It's a common phrase, almost as if we've personalized this state of unease and tension. But have you ever stopped to think about what it really means to claim ownership of anxiety?
Anxiety, in its essence, is the imagination of events that we believe are going to happen. It's a projection into the future, a mental rehearsal of scenarios that may or may not come to pass.
From the moment we are born, our amygdala, the primal center of our brain, starts taking snapshots of the traumatic events we experience. These events leave an imprint, shaping our reactions and responses to similar situations throughout our lives.
Imagine this: something in your adult life triggers a memory that once scared you as a child. Suddenly, your body goes into fight or flight mode, responding to a threat that may no longer exist in the present moment. It's like reliving a scene from the past, with all the emotions and sensations flooding back as if they were happening right now.
But here's the thing: perspective plays a crucial role in how we navigate our anxiety.
As adults, we have the power to rewire our thoughts and responses. While the events that scared us as children may have been overwhelming and uncontrollable at the time, we now have the capacity to reassess and redefine our relationship with those experiences.
Medication, though sometimes necessary, often serves as a temporary bandaid, masking the symptoms without addressing the root cause.
True healing comes from within, from acknowledging that our anxiety is not who we are, but rather a response to our past experiences.
By reframing our perspective, we can begin to unravel the tangled web of anxious thoughts and emotions. We can challenge the narratives we've internalized and rewrite our stories with resilience and empowerment.
It's about recognizing that while we may not have control over external circumstances, we have the power to choose how we respond to them.
So the next time you find yourself saying, "my anxiety," remember that you are not defined by it. Instead, see it as an invitation to explore the depths of your inner landscape, to confront the shadows of the past, and to emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before.
Some people take a pill for anxiety, depression, sleep, and maybe more added to that. When in fact you can get off all of them.
I am 🙋🏻♀️ a walking example of being free from it all!

Tanya ❤️
