Hi, y'all. Sublease paper work has moved on to the next set of hands. Went ahead and registered for trip tickets and got my 98 harvesting license. Bringing it together.
Contains my oyster sublease paperwork. Almost there!
Beautiful deep cup. Went through all the training oysters today. Looks like I have about a 25% recent mortality. Is it salinity, temp change, predators or disease? Was tons of mud worms around. Either way something you deal with late spring.
Next step is getting out to the park and pick my lease spot and fill out final paperwork.
Trying out the crawfish at the Diberville Moose Lodge cook off yesterday because oyster aren't the only great tasting seafood.
