The Warriors were back at it again hosting the Susquehanna Valley Sabers. It was a battle in the first half but the boys pulled away in the second half. The shooting percentages for the guys were awesome today and ran the floor well. Keep it up and we will be back at it Friday!

What an exciting finish for our boys varsity team tonight! The warriors were down 30-26 at halftime and came into the third quarter and absolutely battled. They outscored the devils 28-9 in the third quarter and stayed on top for the rest of the game. Tune in tomorrow when the Warriors take on SV!

What a great day of battling from our boys teams! Both JV and Varsity muscled out wins and fought hard and played some of the best defense we’ve seen in the last few seasons! Stay healthy and rest up!

New York state gives OK for high-risk high school sports: ‘Let’s go, baby!’ Wrestling, hockey, basketball, and competitive cheerleading can begin Feb. 1.

Chenango Valley High School has received a New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Award of Excellence for exemplary display of sportsmanship, ethics and integrity. Way to go, Warriors!

Congratulations to our winter NYSPHSAA scholar-athlete teams! For this recognition, the team’s average GPA for 75% of the roster must be greater than or equal to 90. Way to go, Warriors!

Last night our boys season unfortunately came to an end. Our boys played well but fell to a very strong Seton squad.
To our seniors, Henry, Jack, and Tommy- we are going to miss you. Thank you for your outstanding leadership throughout this season. Jack- we feel so bad for the three injuries plaguing your season and wished it had shook out differently. You’re all going to do great things at Delhi and Oswego and we wish you the best of luck next year and hope you come back to visit us.
We are very excited for next year. We will have strong players returning and ready to rock! We’re looking forward to see what the JVs who come up bring to the table. If you were at the game last night you got a quick taste of what they’re capable of on the big stage!
We’ll get to work again soon- for many of you, AAU will start shortly and we will start summer league in May. Before we know it, we’ll be training for 2020-2021!
Great season warriors, we are so proud of what you’ve accomplished this year. You always worked on getting better and pushing yourselves to the best of your abilities. Again, we are so proud of what you’ve accomplished and how much you’ve grown. We hope you are proud too.

What an amazing atmosphere last night! The house of rock was jam packed and the fans were pumped to go. Nail biters would be the best way to describe watching the game last night! Our JV Warriors pulled out a win 61-52 over the boys across the River. Varsity took the court and battled and put on an exciting show and were neck and neck with their rival Devils until the very end at the buzzer. Last night was quite a night at the House of Rock.
The JV's played well and dominated! The entire team got into the game and performed well and won 58-37.
The Varsity took the court for an awesome basketball game! Coach Heller was proud of how the boys performed and battled against a strong Purple Tornado team. The Warriors lead the majority of the game, but Norwich made a couple of key plays that cemented their win over the Warriors 71-60.

Did you miss the games on Friday night? If so.. you missed some incredible basketball from some talented young men.
Our JV's won and played hard against a solid SV team.
Our Varsity Warriors played one of the strongest games of the season- they played a spectacular game and the outcome was out of their control this time. We cannot WAIT to see this weeks upcoming battles, hosting Norwich tomorrow night and visiting Seton on Friday!

The Warriors took the road to visit the Oneonta Yellowjackets last night. Our JV's fell 51-46 in a tough game.
THAT VARSITY DEFENSE!
Our Warriors played strong and tough and got revenge on the Yellowjackets from their December loss and pulled out a 3 point win 66-63. What an exciting game and a great win by our varsity boys!

We will see you tomorrow where the Warriors hope to continue to dish out revenge when SV comes to visit!

The Warriors Win!

Friday night our Warriors hosted the Bainbridge Guilford Bobcats and rocked the house!

Our JV's had 4 players in double digits and the Varsity highlight of the night was stellar man to man defense holding the Bobcats to only 32 points.

Wednesday night the Warriors hosted the Dryden Lions. The teams both dominated up and down the court both offensively and defensively.

The JV Boys won 50-23, avenging their only loss on the season.

The Varsity team won 94-45. Every player scored at least 4 points and had 5 players in double figures, lead by Tom Christoffersen with 18, Dom Testani 15, Jack Fassett 13, Henry Stroka 12, and Riley Spencer with 11 points.
