I am a mom to my teenager who is my entire world.
We recently started homeschooling and our relationship, her relationship with her self and friends, and her view of school has totally did a 180-👏

We are a family of emotions, of talking about our feelings, giving each other respect and space but also, quality time.
We make time to enjoy random adventures and laughs every day!

My family is my everything. including our Roscoe (piggy) and our kitties 😂🙈
We love to collect antiques, garden, renovate our home,
hike, thrift shop, create art projects and music, and as a person - we all enjoy our individuality and encourage it.

• A healer who is not satisfied with the world and lack of healing methods and focus on destruction instead

• A sponge 🧽 for knowledge and someone who doesn’t accept “No” “U cant” “I don’t know” when asking WHY.

🌓What I am not:
• A doormat, a lily pad or someone to be used to further some else’s dreams. I quit that bad habit.
• A sell out. I’ll never compromise ME for what others think or assume I should do because it works for THEM.
• A ___(insert all the s**t you could say bad, that’s a you problem)______
• An enabler. I will not give permission to allow anyone to hurt me or themselves further by turning blind eyes.
• A quitter! It’s more valiant to walk away from
things that are terrible for you, than stay. Remember that.

Anywho we do things by the seat of our pants-
I’m an air sign 🪽 he is an earth 🌍 sign and we are total balance but the wedding planning will
be whimsical and inclusive just be on stand by!

LASTLY - we are PROUD and excited to announce a few new business blessings we are focusing on…

Our hearts are the FULLEST when we have our arms locked with like minds running for
similar life goals together. Having that celebration, comfort of a family feeling, a safe space to be vulnerable
to share your hardships and then growth . . .

Although we had to make unplanned shifts that had at one time were devastating- we also learned so
much thru that experience that you can’t always put the cart in front of the horse.

We also learned over the last year how much we LOVE herbs and mushrooms for our wellness goals. We have spent our hands in the dirt, paint, dry wall, peel and stick wall paper, foam, insulation, cats, teenager hoodies and so
much more - we have slowed down, paid attention to our real whys and wants , and have so many goals ahead of us.

I personally decided to complete my schooling in the medical field, geared towards medicinal cannabis and herbs. I also love med spas and would love to be part of a way to bring natural
alternatives to those incredible anti aging methods so people like me can have that confidence too.

(i love botox and think it’s incredible for so many reasons we all have a right to our opinion however i’m a non gmo girl and that is my conflict )

We have been going thru an interesting season in our Life and I couldn’t be more blessed for the adversity.

For the first time in 6-8 months, I am finally free of anxiety and depression to the point of wanting to once again, stop taking my meds. And I even want to bartend again!!!

Being in a high pressure business is totally
my wheelhouse and I shine the brightest with high expectations, high rewards and recognition.
I’ll be the first to admit that recently I am guilty of letting others DULL MY SPARKLE because for a moment, my expectations became let downs, my faith in others was shattered, and I nearly let their words about me become truths.

One other thing about me is….
I will move forward in gratitude for being shown the truth because as a NYer ~ We are blunt, drop some F bombs in loving ways, talk fast, we are fast paced and don’t have TIME for false advertising on a personality.
It’s a dog eat dog world and NYers have a diff type of appetite 🤷‍♀️🍕

Keto Cheesy Beef & Broccoli Casserole🥦
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
11 oz of cooked broccoli (Steam for about 5 min)
1 T garlic powder
2 t salt
2 t pepper
2 t paprika
1 t crushed red pepper
1 C mozzarella cheese
1 C provolone cheese
2 T Parmesan cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 C heavy cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Brown ground beef and add in salt, pepper. drain grease.
Return to skillet and add in garlic powder, paprika, crushed red pepper, and cream cheese. Stir together on medium low until combined and cheese is melted.
In a 9x13 (or slightly smaller if you have one) greased baking dish, add broccoli on the bottom and top with the meat mixture.
Mix the heavy cream and Parmesan together. Pour over top.
Spread the mozzarella and provolone over top and place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
Serve with a side salad! So good!

Chicken & Bacon Club Sandwich 🍅🥓🥬
INGREDIENTS
6 Lettuce Leaves (Iceberg)
6 oz Chicken Breast (cooked)
4 Slices of Bacon
4 oz Deli Ham
2 Slices Cheese
4 Slices Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Mayonaise
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the bacon and warm up the cooked chicken. Then cut the 6 large lettuce leaves into square(ish) shapes.
2. Lay 2 lettuce leaves onto a plate and spread 1/2 of the mayonnaise onto it. Next lay the ham, chicken and cheese on top. Cover the meat with another 2 lettuce leaves and spread the other 1/2 of the mayonnaise on top of them.
3. Place the tomato slices and bacon on top of that. Cover with the last two lettuce slices, then poke 4 tooth picks or skewers into the middle of each of the corners. Slice the sandwich into 4, by slicing corner to corner.
