Today we checked on the progress of Trestle, a commercial building we've been working on in downtown Bismarck. The pieces are really coming together and we couldn't be more excited!

Only a few more months and we will be ready to open 😃

We can't wait for you to see the daylight-filled spaces throughout our building. 🌅

You can expect to see huge windows in our apartments and commercial spaces, promoting health, wellness, and emotional well-being. Every piece of Trestle was designed with careful thought and purpose, these windows are no different.

If you have been downtown and passed the corner of Main and 7th lately then you have seen our beautiful building coming together. Our mixed-use space was thoughtfully designed and engineered with both the residential and commercial spaces in mind.

We can't wait to share what's inside, follow along to get the inside scoop on the intentionality of each space.

👉 First up, we have our flooring manufacturer.. but they are so much more. They are changing the world one carpet tile at a time!

♻ Interface is recognized around the world for its environmental leadership. Their reclamation and recycling program is diverting carpet tiles and luxury flooring tile from landfills to create new carpet tiles. They are also incorporating 100% recycled nylon, including recycled fishing nets, into the nylon face of many of their products.

🌄 They are working to create a climate fit for life. One major step they’ve taken toward reducing the carbon in our atmosphere is through Carbon Neutral Floors™. All of the flooring products that they sell—carpet tile, LVT and rubber—are carbon neutral.
