Community member and parent with an insider perspective! My husband and I have lived in Blaine for almost 20 years and we run two businesses.

All four of our sons have graduated from or are currently attending SLP schools. I will bring a genuine insider perspective on the strengths and challenges in our schools to the board. Over the years, I have had experience interacting with teachers, deans, principals, counselors, coaches and students and I see the full picture. I am passionate about the needs of ALL of our students and am unafraid

THANK YOU Voters! It will be an honor to serve on our SLP School Board. I am beyond humbled by all of you who prayerfully supported me, volunteered and voted! What an amazing turnout to let your voices be heard through your vote, WELL DONE! The sheer number of calls, texts and messages I have received today is overwhelming and I am truly honored and excited to make a difference in my time serving on the SLPSB.

I want to Congratulate Michael Kreun, Sam Villella, and Marilynn Forsberg on being elected also. I look forward to working with you!

✅ I VOTED on Friday! 🥳

One of my sons was home for the weekend and so we headed to Anoka County Elections at the Courthouse to submit his (and my vote) while he was home! It was a super easy way to vote and was only 5 minutes from Costco. Are you unsure if you will be around to vote on the November 2nd? Go and vote early or you can submit and application for an absentee ballot.

Remember your college age kids can vote too and the absentee ballot might be a great option for that! I'll share the request form in the comments below.⬇️⬇️⬇️

I am so excited to be running for the Spring Lake Park School Board because I am willing, ready and able to serve the SLP Schools Community. I bring a rational outlook that cares about our diverse thought processes and strives for honest understanding among students, teachers and parents alike.

I desire that every SLP student can enjoy an educational experience that they are proud of and that prepares them for a productive and meaningful future.
