Well this is a different posts than my normal post as I am hoping to get help. This is a picture of my 5 week old sizzix switchback die cutting machine. It stopped working and even though it has a 3 year warranty, I cannot get help or anyone at sizzix to respond to my support tickets. So i am reaching out through social media for help. If anyone knows how I can get sizzix to honor their product and warranty, please let me know. For now I have a $300 paperweight. And this is the busy season for me:(
