EIU had such a great time at Zones at Ledges Sporting Horses in Illinois! A bittersweet end to the competition season for our show team with some great rounds. Big thanks to everyone that made this season great including Kelli at H&H and Yoni at Rue Equine Stables for our training. Also huge thanks to all the teams in our region who hosted, brought horses, and helped out at competitions throughout the year. Lastly, thank you to everyone on the team that put so much time and effort into this season, we’re proud of all of your accomplishments.

That's a wrap on our 2023-2024 regular competition season! Huge thanks to Kelli and Yoni for having us, and thanks to all of our team for making this season such a fun one. We've had such a great time at all the shows this past year and have loved seeing all of our fellow competitors in the region!

We look forward to the rest of the semester with the team, post season, more lessons, the banquet, and many more fun events!

Our callout meeting for the spring semester is THIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT!! It is super important to come for information about the upcoming semester, regardless of membership status! We hope to see you there!!

We are SO excited to announce our new coaching staff for the spring 2023 season! Yoni Rue, our new head coach, is an experienced rider who trained with Richard Spooner. Our guest clinicians, Mary Hatmaker and Holly Whitaker are experienced hunter/jumper trainers with the coaching ability to take our team to the next level. We are thrilled to have them join the Hoosiers!!

We are also super excited to continue to practice at Cherryvale Stables. Our team appreciates the great privilege we have to get to practice at such an amazing facility. We are thankful as well for the horses our team gets to use, our team would be nowhere without either of them!

This is going to be an amazing season and we can't wait to see how far everyone goes!

Save the date for our call-out meeting next Monday, Jan. 16th at 7 PM. It will be at the IMU in the Oak Room. This is mandatory as we have a lot of information to share!

the team had its first show of the school year this weekend ! there were many wonderful rides by members and our own captain sloan belveal won high point rider! the team will be hosting its first home show this weekend. looking forward to another great weekend!

some highlights from evals this weekend! excited for another great season !

it’s finally time to for our callout meeting ! this year we will be having our callout meeting in the Fine Arts Building in room 015 on Wednesday the 25th at 730 pm. If you cannot make this meeting then we will also be having a zoom callout meeting on August 26th at 830 pm. the link for this meeting will be in our bio. can’t wait to see everyone there and looking forward to another great year ! 🐴💗🎉

last night the team had its end of the season banquet! despite having a strange year due to covid, everyone had a great time celebrating all of the achievements of their teammates. we ended the evening with fun ba****ck rides and sending off our seniors into the sunset ! they will be greatly missed but we are all looking forward to a great 2021-22 season next year ! 🐴💗😊
