It also has direct links to major age-related health issues, from dementia to Alzheimer’s disease and more. Down shifting is all about slowing down to care for our mind and body. Our lives are so busy that for most of us it takes a conscious effort to really slow down. This video is from my back yard (oh hi, its Bridgett!), this week my ex-wife’s dog Abe stayed with me and my pups.
