A little home H.I.I.T workout for all those who's gyms are closed. Try to complete 3-5 rounds in 20mins, after each round give yourself a 2min rest then repeat!

•Dynamic Medball Slams 10 reps

If your spending a lot of time on the treadmill or elliptical, that might help you lose weight but it's not going to get you "toned or lean". Notice that long distance runners train by using there aerobic system or "slow-twitch" muscles and the sprinters use the anerobic system or "fast-twitch" muscles.
So if you're really trying to get "toned or lean" change your workout routine to INTERVAL TRAINING!
For example, if you're going to use the treadmill; try walking for 30-60 seconds then jogging/running for 30 seconds. This can also be applied to weight lifting and calisthenics. If you've been working out for a while and havent switched up you're routine give this a try or message me and I can get you on track to "TAKE THE STEPS TO HYDE THE OLD YOU!"
