We get asked a lot about exfoliating; the best types of scrubs, how to exfoliate and mostly “how often should I be exfoliating ? “
Hopefully, we’ve all heard “too much of one thing is good for nothing” because exfoliating every single day is not encouraged. Here at Au Naturel Skin Bar we encourage exfoliating 2-3 times per week for optimal results.
