To often we are so ashamed ourselves, we hide.
Hide in pictures
Hide on social media
Hide through texts
Hide in p***c or avoid the public
Quit hiding under over sized clothes
Quit hiding because someone once told you you were fat
Quit hiding because someone told you you were wrong or your opinions, thoughts didn’t matter ..
You matter ..
Your thoughts matter ..
You are beautiful ❤️
I always used to hide so I get it ..
I used to think I had to hide in a tankini and boy short bottoms because my rolls & cellulite weren’t flattering…
I used to hate taking pictures and get mad at people for posting pics of me ..
I used to drink alcohol 24/7 to socialize and communicate..
Until I became part of a community where I wasn’t judged and felt so free of myself ..
Where I finally felt like I could let it all go and didn’t feel judged anymore ..
Where I was encouraged to embrace my curves and taught how to pose like you see today!
If I only found the opportunity sooner my life would have looked so much different today ..
You deserve to be happy
You deserve to be comfortable in your own skin
