Thanks to Battle of the Bulge association for traveling with DDMTUSA for a special 75th anniversary battle of bulge tour. Unforgettable souvenir. Seven WWII VETERANS were our special guests, inviting them was for us a privilege and the means of expressing our gratitude to their courage.

Then we hit the road to Belgium. What very strange feeling riding on the very same itinerary the 82nd used 75 years ago. On their way they had the same vision as us today crossing the WWI battlefields and cemetery with thousands graves.

Few miles north of Reims we stop at Sissonne, the 82nd airborne was stationed here before boarding the truck to ride to Belgium on December 18... anecdotal information we found there a very special well named “ puits des songes “ (well dream). Hundred paratroopers used to make pictures here ... we met with the story of few of them in Normandy... what a amazing situation to trace them here few months later.
