My Mission

My driving purpose in creating the iPersonal Train Online app and page is to make professional fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching convenient and affordable so anyone can get great results. It always struck me as odd that fitness and nutrition is a multi Billion dollar industry, yet Americans continue to get fatter and sicker. I set out to change that by providing easy to follow, evidenced based, and sustainable fitness and nutrition programs custom to your experience, equipment available, injuries, schedule, and goals. Together we will create a blueprint for your success no matter your fitness goal. I’ve been coaching people in person for the last decade and although I made an impact on their lives, I only have so many hours in my day to work one on one with clients. This is one of the reasons I decided to start working with people online via my app. I’m able to provide the same excellent coaching services but reach many more people because barriers of location and the high cost of training have been removed making it available to virtually anyone.
