😤🙅🏽‍♀️🍎🥬🥦🍋🥑Please STOP messing with our Food!!🥑🍋🥦🥬🍎🙅🏽‍♀️😤 I saw this on my feed last week and had to investigate. Going to rant for a moment but trying to help you see what is going on!!Went to my local yesterday and I asked the man stocking the shelves, is it true your not spraying just water on the veggies 🥗? And he said, ‘yes we use an FDA approved chemical called Produce Maxx to make sure no bacteria is growing. But as long as you wash your food, your good.’
I AM SO FRUSTRATED. WTF?! When your trying to buy all organic and you spray chlorine on organic produce??!! does this as well. This product contains 6 ppm and the FDA says only 4 ppm is acceptable for human consumption so how does this even make sense?!🤔So we’re trying to be healthy and y’all are purposely poisoning us. Do you see how people are so much sicker & unhealthy and they are trying so hard to be healthy?! I usually grow mostly our own salad but when it’s getting too hot and I have to resort to the supermarket this is what I have to bring home to my family, chlorinated ‘organic’ produce🤢 my next post will show you how I wash my produce.
Also, did you know the ‘grass-fed’ meat sold at the supermarket is soaked in citric acid (which is a mold). This is called greenwashing and making us think we’re eating ‘healthy’ but they still figure out how to contaminate it all, and charge more. Once in a while ok whatever. But when this is what we’re eating everyday/week, it’s not good.
DM me if you want to know actual clean places to purchase organic, grass-fed meat with NO citric acid and produce NOT sprayed with chemicals. I’ve been eating fresh produce not sprayed for years and no ‘bacterial’ things going on. I actually feel the vibrational difference eating from the farmers market and the supermarket. AND… most things in the supermarket are ALL wrapped in plastic which interferes with hormone imbalances. #❤️

🙌🏽✨🎉 Fun Workout and Yoga Event🎉✨🙌🏽 Everyone is welcomed to join fitness and yoga this Friday 4/19 at the Oaks Club!! You don’t have to be a member, both workouts are poolside!! I LOVE working out outside, get dosed with vitamin D and sunshine!! It’s been such phenomenal weather!! Come enjoy before gets 🥵!! Circuit training at 8:30 and I’m teaching vinyasa at 9:45! 🫶🏽❤️🍕Pizza Night🍕❤️🫶🏽 This was a hit!! Homemade pizza crust from Einkorn flour (easily digested even for people with gluten sensitivities) mix with Raw grass fed kefir, sea salt, water, and oregano. I don’t measure ingredients but get it to dough consistency and bake 350* for 15 min and check it. When it’s solid but not brown, add toppings! We used biodynamic sauce, grass fed mozzarella, green peppers and onion on 1/2, and topped with raw parmigiana!! #❤️

🫶🏽🌹🍫🍰Valentine’s Day Raw Dessert🍰🍫🌹🫶🏽 This dessert was bangin’!! Bottom layer is cake fruit (canistel fruit- if you never have tried it, it amazing!), coconut flour, flax seeds, dash of maple syrup. Flatten out on bottom of glass container. The top layer was homemade chocolate with biodynamic coconut oil, cacao powder, and raw honey. Double boil and layer on top. Put in fridge to solidify. One of the best desserts I have ever made!! #❤️
