I’ve been noticing more and more followers lately, and seeing so many new faces. So I thought it’s finally time that I did a little about me and actually introduce myself to everyone. “The face behind the nails”, if I may 🤭

🌙 𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝒂𝒎 𝑰??
I’m just your average soon to be 23 year old, living life and taking life’s magic as it comes! ✨ My life motto is “Be Kind,” and my absolute goal in life is to make people smile, and to make people comfortable being around me! Kindness is such a virtue, and I see it as my life goal to thrust upon people who need it!! ☺️

🌙 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒏𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔??
My entire life, I’ve been a very artistic and creative person; Music, theater, film and literature were my original outlets for this side of myself. However, I felt a block or void in my life, not knowing what I wanted, but thanks to my amazing nail technician and now one of my best friends .slayer , I came to realize that doing nails was something I could achieve while being happy AND successful! Now I’m LOVING every second of it! 🥰

Fun fact: I’m originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin!! I’ve been here in Boise for about 6 years now!! ✨ Now, here are a couple more fun things about me that make me ✨𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒕✨:

• I absolutely LOVE and have an obsession with moons, and all things night life. Hence the name, “Moon Silk” 🌙.. (ps, my last name is Silk 🥹)
• I read probably 2 books a day, sometimes 3 if I have time 📚
• I have a phobia called “Thalassophobia” which is basically the fear of open water. I hate it. It’s irrational and I don’t know why, but me and the ocean won’t ever be friends 😭
• I kind of have an obsession with tattoos… I have 15 and still going strong! My little emo heart is alive and true lol 🖤
• I’M A NERD AND IM PROUD! I love books, marvel, anime, lord of the rings, etc 🤓
• I have a *very* slight addiction to Dutch and Red Bull 🤭

Honestly, I could go on and on, but I am so happy to have so many people in my life, new and old, who are continuously by my side! I CAN’T WAIT to meet more and more on this amazing journey of life!! 🌙🖤✨
