Your coach believes you can do this 3 times a game! Because, you can!
Your coach always thinks you are capable of more. There is no reason Kemp should believe he can make this catch aside from the fact that…. He can make this catch!!! We are so quick to assume we cannot do things that we don’t even try. Shout out to A-Rod tonight for making a fantastic diving catch in Boise yesterday! Tryouts… coming… soon….

Jaden Hits A UFO!!

This kid…. And her dad… And her mom…. have been waiting for this moment for a long time. Look out Idaho, Kayla Campbell is finally in high school. Jumps ship on a line to center in her 2nd at bat as a freshman. If you steal a base on her text me and I’ll buy you dutch 208-409-0982. Lookin good in the green and yellow. Good luck to Borah this year!!

For those of you feeling a certain type of way about what high school team you just made… realize how blessed you truly are… and go play like you’re hearing for the first time.

"Over Framing" taking a good strike and moving it to a different strike. Costing the pitcher.

Sticking vs recieving. A time for both. When a pitch is a good strike, recieve it, let it speak for itself. When it is tailing up or out of the zone "beat the ball to the spot" and stick it while it is still a strike. Attack the edges of the zone if the ball is moving.

Infield throwing on the run. No wasted movements. This ball is fielded glove foot, thrown ball foot. Notice proper transfer spot.

Receiving a throwdown. Let the ball travel. Get comfortable recieving one handed.

A great example of catchers "receiving" pitches.
