Ever wonder what coffee we use in our Vietnamese iced coffee? We took it back old school with what Barbie grew up drinking. The Viet culture is heavily influenced by France 🇫🇷 and we’re cool with that! It’s fragrant, bold, and condensed milk takes it to a whole new level of delicious badassery ✨ (is that a word?😂) Stay caffeinated 🤘🏼

Once upon a time, we offered a chorizo sando. It was good, but I felt like it was very simple. (Some people like it simple- not knockin’ on it, but I was left wanting a bit more).
Sooooo… here it is! Basque chorizo and peppers sando on a toasted baguette 🥖- garlic aioli as a sauce base or you can request Dijon mustard 🤤
At last! Basquenese’s beloved garlic chili sauce is now available for purchase at the trailer! $10 a jar (1 pint) and can be tossed with noods or used as a marinade (stir fry veggies, poultry, fish, other meats, tofu… really, ANYTHING!)
We will have this available for online purchasing soon with different jar volume options! 🧄 🌶️
