Hi! We are Heather and Ian, owners and operators of and

We are a locally owned and family run small business here in Boise, Idaho where we were both born and raised!

We are driven by passion and our mission is to provide the environment for our community to have fun, unique, and memorable experiences by letting their creativity flow and learning how to design and craft their own silversmithed jewelry.

We strive to communicate quality through our semi-precious stones and high grade silver to create jewelry that will last for generations.

We started this business because it aligned with our passions for creating beauty, working with our hands, and we wanted to bring creativity, community, and connection to Boise.

We wanted to deliver one of Boise’s first silversmithing workshops because Boise has a well known artistic culture, from performing arts, public murals like “Freak Alley”, and historical and cultural hotspots that are dear to our hearts. However, we noticed an avenue that was lacking - the art of silversmithing.

So, Salty Pine Silversmithing was born.

Here’s some fun facts about us:

- we both grew up skiing and racing at our local ski resort, (this is where we met🫶🏼)
- we both love the outdoors and would rather spend more time in nature than inside.
- Heather is a 7th generation Idaho Native with family landmarks and history all around Boise.
- Ian is passionate about hot rods and trucks. He was one of the original board members helping with the foundation and growth of the Idaho C10 Club.
- Together they have one beautiful baby boy who loves trucks just as much, if not more, as his daddy.

Base price is $60 per person which includes 3 stacker rings. You can upgrade any ring for a thicker option or an upgraded pattern for an additional cost.

As of right now we are maxing 4 seats per workshop, we will be adding more in the near future. If you would like to book a party for more than 4 please contact us.
