Full Circle Exchange Production Line
A little peak into our daily production line :) We are currently working on a large order of gummy bears that our trainees hand weigh, funnel, package, heat seal, and ship out. Every day we are getting a little faster and today they totally blew our production goal out of the water! Woot Woot! Interested in volunteering with our ladies? Happy Orientation Day here at Full Circle Exchange! Today we welcomed 8 incredible ladies to a 3 month Job Readiness Training Program with a little drumming courtesy of our dear friend Jodi Larson-Farrow. Over the next 90 days, these trainees will work on a professional grade production line, attend ESL classes in collaboration with the College of Western Idaho, and participate in classes focused on financial literacy, soft skill development, and emotional healing. We are so thrilled to start this new session and can't wait to get to know these fantastic women. Be on the look out for more updates to come!

So much joy and spontaneous dancing yesterday to celebrate Job Readiness Training Program Director Sarah’s birthday! Community is an arm around our neighbors, a hug, a kiss, and a celebration. We are blessed every day to experience community with these women from 5 different countries who are now one community. We love you Sarah!

In the midst of ignorance, this is a beautiful reminder of what we as allies need to constantly remind those who may be struck with fear at this particular moment in our nation's history. That they are smart, they are strong, and they are loved. That they BELONG here. Full Circle Exchange Music Therapy!
Starting off the week here at Full Circle Exchange with some Music Therapy! This type of expressive therapy has been proven to help individuals that have experienced trauma and works to further improve cognitive functioning, motor skills, emotional development, social skills, and quality of life. Nothing like the cathartic and expressive power of music to start the week off with a smile :) And let me tell you, these ladies can dance!
