New Payette facility aims to help the shortage of foster care space, the space has 16 beds, ready for foster kids to move into. The health and welfare system has been utilizing Air BNB homes with rotating staff. During the legislative session we heard from teens that had been part of these conditions and the lack of support and security they provided. Legislation was passed making this practice against policy and practice and forcing our system to find better ways to help our most vulnerable children.
Our children are the future. I was honored to be a part of this ribbon cutting ceremony. Prior to the ribbon cutting ceremony, I took a tour and asked so many questions about their policies and processes.
I believe this home will truly be a great new beginning to children in Idaho.

Welcome to my new social media political page where I will keep everyone updated moving forward in this upcoming election!! Thank you for taking the time to follow my page. It is remarkable that we are entering a new election cycle with the primaries just a few weeks away. In the upcoming primary election, I am fortunate not to have an opponent, but I am preparing diligently for the general election ahead. My experience over the past two legislative sessions has been invaluable, and I am eager for the opportunity to continue serving District 15 and the state of Idaho.

Already, potential opponents are making claims about my qualifications to serve you. In the coming weeks, I will share with you some of the significant accomplishments achieved during my tenure. It's important to note that media coverage may not always provide the full context of my voting decisions. I assure you that every vote I cast is grounded in thoughtful consideration, with the best interests of District 15 constituents at the forefront of my mind.

In the legislative process, decisions often come down to a binary choice of yes or no, as bills are rarely one-size-fits-all. I strive to make informed decisions that benefit our district, whether it involves cutting taxes, improving access to healthcare, preserving Medicaid for those in genuine need, enhancing school infrastructure, or safeguarding children.

As a mother and the sole healthcare provider in our legislature, healthcare is a particular focus of mine, but it is not my sole priority. I bring a multidimensional perspective to my work, drawing on diverse expertise to address the complex needs of our community and state.

Thank you for your support and trust as I continue this journey of service and representation.
