Spent all day in the kitchen!! Lots of fresh toffee made, in all 8 varieties!!
Next weekend I will be at Bridgeview Treasure Days Saturday & Sunday, and just might set up a pop up sale. I will keep you all posted, with the address, if I decide to set up the toffee there.

Still hoping to get the new labels printed soon, so I only put the flavor labels on for now….but I absolutely love these new bags for my toffee. The presentation is so much nicer!! The resealable bags will keep the toffee nice and fresh too!!

Good morning friends. I never thought my crochet journey would be so therapeutic for me, but I’m so glad I have learned the skills and techniques to help myself this time. I crocheted myself a Maggie to keep me company 🥹 and help soothe my broken heart 💔
Will I offer this to others ? Maybe later this winter in my downtime. For the next two days I need to focus on soaps & lotions. Being at Lagrange this weekend will be good for my soul. Come out and say hi. And keep me focused on what will help me to heal. 🙏🏼 BTW I dreamed of her last night, she was helping me clean and caught a mouse 😂 that’s my girl. Woke up with a smile.
Saturday and Sunday on Harris street in what looks to be close to our usual space.
Next week it’s back to the usual Tuesday at Naper Settlement and Sunday in Plainfield. I don’t remember if I booked Saturday or if I gave myself the day off. 🤷🏻‍♀️I should check on that.

In case you didn’t know, Pammy Z’s Toffee is a Cottage Food Operation registered with the Will County, IL Health Department ✔️

There is a lot involved in becoming a registered Cottage Food Operation, including taking an 8 hour class and proctored exam to obtain my Food Protection Manager certification.

Pammy Z’s Toffee is also officially listed as my DBA with the Illinois Department of Revenue now.

Next up on my checklist….. I’ve got a friend working on making me a real website!!
