An emotional Friday read ➡️🥲 This right here ✨ Seeing something you’ve put literally every single ounce of your heart and soul into on the big screens around town is the most surreal feeling! We have grown so much over the last year and we’re not stopping anytime soon! I cannot wait to see 2024 unfold and level up ⬆️ we’re all in this together!

If you’re new here, I launched this event on Mother’s Day Weekend in 2023 as a way to force myself into ‘drive’ mode and attempt to not dwell on the passing of my mom, which is inevitable if you aren’t keeping yourself busy on days like this. It’s paid off in more ways than I could explain, and trying to not feel guilty when I say this - it’s worked. Yes, I am busy and yes I’m quite literally running around like a mad woman prepping everything, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Seeing it with my own eyes this morning as I came home gave me all the comfort in the world that I needed. Im not sure what part of the grief process you call not “feeling them with you”, but I haven’t felt that in years and I was always so sure that if/when my mom passed, I’d ‘feel’ her with me daily. That has not been the case and it’s made me feel some type of way to say the very least… this morning I cried when I saw this. A wave came across me and I just knew that this is the right thing for me. This is IT! I was meant for this. Doors are closing and better ones are opening. It’s a change I never expected as I’m creeping well into my 30’s, but I enjoy every second of it and LOVE putting these together for our community. A new perspective 💡 If you stayed this long- I love you, thank you for being here and thank you for your support. Now… Go hug your mamas and bring them down to celebrate with me NEXT SATURDAY!

When a few years ago your boyfriend makes you a custom mantle because you have no place to hang Christmas stockings/coat rack and then it becomes a magical plant corner instead 🤷‍♀️

That light is just too good. 🫶

New lil plant install over featuring two of my favorites, Philodendron Brandi + Cebu Blue Pothos.

They opted for these galvanized pots to reflect light onto the other plant babes in the room, such a good idea for those lower light spots! ☀️
