After a week of family vacation, we are ready to jump back in starting this afternoon!
The Cinco de Mayo May specials are now live, and I’m loving them!

Well, I’ve been slacking again in the social media world. However, for a good reason. This community is so accepting and keeping me busy! I am so grateful for all of the opportunities that have come my way, and am loving the opportunity to meet all of you!
BrewTeaFull Cafe has had 17 events since the last post on the 5th (yes, I’m calling myself out)! To each of you who helped coordinate and have me out THANK YOU!

An overdue post, but still recovering from a busy weekend at the AIRSHOW. Thank you so much to all of those who supported my small and local business over the two day span! It was a pleasure to be a part of such a neat event, and the conversation and smiling faces on the other side of the window s definitely made it even more worth while!

Defenders of Liberty…. Both Saturday and Sunday at Barksdale Air Force Base! The featured AIRSHOW drink is the Defenders of Liberty boba tea (purple in the picture). It’s butterfly pea tea mixed with milk, blueberry, and vanilla…also containing brown sugar boba at the bottom! There are only a limited quantity, so get them while you can!
Look for the bright teal trailer and the smiling faces working hard on the inside!

The Shamrock Shake was a big hit today! Crushed Oreo, Irish cream, cold brew, and milk blended to desired thickness and topped with chocolate drizzle.
Our location moved today at Willis-Knighton Bossier, so a special shout-out to those who tracked us down in a different spot! I appreciate you all!

Blessings sent from BrewTeaFull Cafe for a fun filled weekend of events. Between Paddy in the Plaza, The Shamrock Shuffle, and the Busker Arts Festival my coffee trailer was graced with a ton of fun filled drinks and conversations both Friday and Saturday.
On top of that, KTAL released the news feature of our coffee trailer and I am so thankful for them taking the time to interview me and share a bit of my story on Friday morning! Thank you Ascension Classical School for having me out at your Starry Night Event! There were some kind exchanges and even cuter smiles from the little ones across the counter!
I won’t be announcing one of the March specials tonight, but rather the fact that my new Rice Crispy Treats came in….and I’m so excited. I was most interested in the Mermaid Cotton Candy. As you can see on the second picture, there was not much left….and it’s safe to say that it did not disappoint!
Brownie points go out to this lanyard clip thing that I’m sure had a more important purpose at one point… but from now on will only display some of my sweet treats from across coffee trailer windows:)

Soooo…. I may have forgotten to take pictures today when our at Willis- Knighton North….but I want to say thank you to mother nature for turning into a beautiful weather day that allowed these busy working people to make the trek to my trailer today!
It was great getting to chat with you all, and what a diverse menu ordering day! Top seller was the tropical harmony smoothie!
Today’s featured drink.. sadly not pictured 🤦🏼‍♀️ was the Dirty Leprechaun. This latte is served iced or hot and comes with milk, espresso, mocha, and Irish cream, topped with whipped cream if you’re feeling it!
I received my cookies yesterday to sample, and what a fun and diverse pack! Slowly working my way through the sampling process :) and so far so good! Can’t wait for my other wholesale orders to come in!!

Welcome to March!!! Today was a well needed office day that consisted of inventory, decorating my new March Specials signs, and planning out some aspects of upcoming events!
February specials were fun and filled with Valentine and Mardi Gras specials… but it’s time for March Madness!
There are 10 featured specials that cover: lattes, americanos, cold brews, lemonades, a shake, a frappe, matcha, chai, and more!
I’ll introduce one at a time starting with: Little Greeny Pants (sour apple lemonade with shimmer… I topped mine with a salted caramel cold foam for an extra kick)
