I really like this mocha smoothie as a meal replacement:
6oz ice
6oz unsweetened cold brew (optional) CAFFEINE :)
8oz unsweetened almond milk
drizzle of honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp of probiotic whole milk yogurt
1/2 frozen chopped avocado
1 scoop high quality vanilla whey protein (highest amount of protein, least amount of sugar, no unidentifiable ingredients.)
1 scoop collagen powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp flaxseed powder
1 tbsp h**p seed
1 handful spinach - spinach really doesn't have much flavor and disappears.
Blend very well - play like you're drinking a chocolate shake. Ha ha!
On the menu this week, sweet & spicy salmon rice bowls and sticky honey garlic chicken skewers. Iโm always on the lookout for interesting and healthy recipes. I have serious food ADD. ๐๐

It's now time to share my silly goals. Ha. 2023 will be the year of self-care. I started it last year and will continue to DO it, not TRY it, this year. I'm going to continue to surround myself with people who love and respect me and show everyone else the door. Something I should've done a long time ago. ๐I'm making so much progress in life and look forward to the future with Joel Murphy and all of our plans. ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ I may post vids of my workouts on TikTok exercising with Aleister since he insists on "helping" when I work out at home. I think vids of me and my cat doing our "catercizing" will be beneficial to Earth in general, if I don't end up smacking him in the head.... poor thing, I kinda already did today. With this in mind, it's also my goal for 2023 to work out every day at least 30 minutes. Exercise is the only real fountain of youth we have, and it needs to be a priority. I hope your year also includes self-care and what that means to you, on YOUR Terms, what makes you happy. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Exciting parfaits this week. Berries with a bit of lemon juice to keep them fresh, keto granola (granola has ALOT of sugar, so I try to find a granola with the least amount of sugar as possible) and unsweetened non-dairy plain yogurt.
