Parents of nominated 11u baseball players. With the weather the way it is, we had to move the 11u assessments from Bossier Little League Fields to DBat in Shreveport tonight at 6:00.

Hate to say it folks, but the weather got us tonight for tonight’s assessments. We are working with the coaches as speak to get it rescheduled as soon as possible.

🥎 🥎 Looking to get some extra work in this summer? The fine folks at Airline High School are putting on a softball clinic June 10th-11th. Great opportunity to get some extra instruction from some of the best in the area. 🥎 🥎

IT’S A LIVE ARM NIGHT!

The baseball 9’s and 10’s will be having all-star assessments tonight with the 9’s staring us off at 6:00 followed up by the 10u players at 7:30. Once again, all available coaches are more than welcome to come out and help assess the players.

Tonight’s the first night of Baseball All-Star tryouts. Tonight’s try outs are for the 5-6 Tee Baller and 7-8 Coach Pitch players.

5-6’s start at 5:30
7-8’s start at 7:00

Any coaches that have time are more than welcome to come out and help assess these players.

Congratulations to our outstanding Bossier Little League Softball coaches on their selection to lead the way for their respective 2024 Little League Softball teams!

Monday starts Baseball All-Star assessments week!!!

We will start Monday at 5:30 with T-ball, at 7 o’clock we will move to Coach pitch. On Tuesday, we will have the 9U at 6 o’clock and the 10U at 7:30. Thursday we will move to 11u at 5:30, and at 7 o’clock we will have the 12U and 13U combined. Please remind the players you nominated what days to be there. Also, we are asking all the All-Star coaches to be at any of the assessments they can and any other coaches that have time to help out with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

All star Tournaments will be held in Sterlington June 28th weekend and Broussard the weekend of July 19th

Bruh…. In case you didn’t already know. Games for tonight have been postponed. Make up dates are being worked on now.

Last week we had some special guest come out and support our challenger league. The Shreveport Mudbugs! They took the time to come down and have some fun with us! Thank you Mudbugs and good luck in the playoffs!

🥎 In fast pitch softball news, one of your favorite Lady Bandits, Zoey Carlton, hit a nuke last night for her first “Go Yard” home run that just so happened to be a grand slam to boot! 🥎

Welp………..

We tried! Field guys had the grounds ready, lines painted and chalked. Umps were in full gear! Concession stand was already booming. We even got a few innings in, but in the end Mother Nature got us. Sorry folks! See you tomorrow for round 4 of the Bossier Little League Season.
