Cat eye polish is super hard to show with still photos, but here’s a valiant effort! The effect is created with special polishes and a magnet, and the shimmer moves around as your hands change position in the light. Some have a chameleon effect like this one here, and changes from purple to peach to olive and gold, depending on how the light hits the nails. Different patterns can be created with the magnet- this one is called “velvet nails,” because it looks like crushed velvet! This is one of my favorite nail art to do, and I’m in love with the effect.
