Muscle Development Program - Get Fit. Consistent workout frequency is great. It will produce results whether you do cardio or strength or stretching. Showing up each day in some capacity is putting yourself first. And it’s important before you start a detailed exercise program you must get down the frequency first. Nothing is more demotivating when you start a program and realize you can’t actually commit to the days you said you wanted to commit to. So master that first!. Once your able to commit to 3+ days a week, it’s then time to take your commitment to yourself to the next level. For instance doing random workouts 3+ days a week with no rhyme or reason to it is going to give you probably inconsistent results or you will plateau, there’s nothing to ensure your seeing progress if it’s not measured or detailed in some capacity. Simply going off soreness is not a sure way to know if your bodycomp is actually changing. Following a systematic training program would be next in line for you. Whether small group (which is what Get Fit is about) or you completely go off on your own and do 1:1 training with a coach. Either way both ways will give you results. It will take time and that is probably the hardest part. Seeing muscle tone is not an overnight project, your mot a chia seed plant your a human, that needs a lot more than sunlight and water to grow. You need food with protein, sleep, rest and recovery from stress and to workout regularly. I coach this! And for $80 month-to-month I can teach you the ways to build muscle and strength. Workouts on the go - long band edition! . We are amongst another month of travel and play and one thing that you can always count on no matter where you are is your virtual home studio- Acadia Fit. If you want it, it’s there and all you need to take with you is a set of multi colored bands or mini-bands. Here is a sample workout for multiple exercises.

This week we are focusing on LOWER BODY. From 8:15-8:45AM on Saturday I’ll be going over form for Deadlifts, Thrusters, and Lunges. Modifications for those who have a hard time with them too.
