Our Story

Orinoco: A Latin Kitchen, was created by friends, for friends. Our passion is inspired by the Orinoco River, Venezuela's most important waterway. The Orinoco winds 1,336 miles through grasslands and tropical rain forests, and along the way, it provides essentials from power to transportation to cultural and natural diversity. The Orinoco is at the heart of the songs of the llanos and the pens of many poets.

The spirit and soul of the Orinoco infuses our kitchens and guides our simple commitment to bringing you delicious meals at affordable prices, everyday. Our recipes honor the past, present and future of our Venezuelan/Latin culture and the Boston area neighborhoods that we love and have made our home in.

An Orinoco dish is prepared with the ancient ingredients (such as Quinoa, Maize and Ají) that have nourished civilizations – and our chefs consistently innovate to delight your modern palate. We seek to constantly evolve and grow so that we can satisfy you in new, delectable ways that keep our friendship fresh and exciting.
