Happy Sunday!! I hope everyone is enjoying a day of rest and peace 💖. I spent the morning resting and drinking coffee so far, then made this yummy brunch!!

What’s on my plate:
✨Protein Pancakes {Add to blender: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup oats, 2 eggs. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon & salt, blend, and thats it! Easy-peasy pancake batter😍. I cooked these in a non-stick pan coated with grass-fed butter, flipping as they turned golden brown}
✨Chia Smash
✨Apple slices and fresh blueberries
✨Granola! I used ✨Alskinny Brothers Maple Cinnamon Grain-free Granola✨. It was delish and I am crushing over their clean ingredients🙌🏻
✨All topped with cinnamon, maple syrup, grass-fed butter, sliced almonds, and a few sprinkles just for fun🎉
