Pizza Burgers
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (80% lean / 20% fat)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
1⁄2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
16-24 slices pepperoni
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Shape into 4 patties and set aside to rest.
Preheat a grill or grill pan and the broiler to medium-high heat. Arrange the buns, cut side up, on a baking sheet, and toast until golden. Remove the top halves and set aside.
Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
While the burgers are cooking, warm the pizza sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Spread half of the sauce over the bottom buns and top with half of the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Place the cooked burger patties on the bottom half of the buns and top them with the remaining sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Broil until melty then place the top halves over the burgers.
Serve the pizza burgers immediately and enjoy.
Spicy Chicken and Bacon Mac Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked cavatappi pasta or elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional for extra heat)
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in cream and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese until cheeses are melted.
Add cooked pasta, chicken, bacon and jalapeño (if using). Toss to combine.
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
This creamy and spicy mac and cheese is loaded with tender chicken, crispy bacon, jalapeños for extra heat, and a blend of cheddar and pepper jack cheeses. The cayenne pepper also adds a nice kick of spiciness.
You can adjust the level of heat by increasing or decreasing the amount of jalapeño and cayenne used. For a milder version, omit the jalapeño.
The spicy recipe makes 6 servings. Keep it spicy!
BBQ Chili Burgers with Spicy Guacamole
Burger Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
Spicy Guacamole Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well combined. Form into 4 patties.
2. Grill or pan-fry the burger patties to desired doneness.
3. For the guacamole, mash the avocados in a bowl. Stir in the jalapeño, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
4. Toast the burger buns if desired.
5. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with a generous amount of the spicy guacamole.
This burger combines the smoky flavors of chili powder and cumin in the beef patty with the fresh, spicy kick of the jalapeño guacamole topping. The guacamole recipe can be adjusted for more or less heat by increasing or decreasing the amount of jalapeño. Serve with your favorite burger toppings like cheese, lettuce or onion.

Ingredients
▢ wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Chicken
▢ 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
▢ 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
▢ 1 teaspoon paprika
▢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢ 1 teaspoon kosher salt
▢ ½ teaspoon black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
▢ 1 ¼ cups (290 g) mayonnaise
▢ ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
▢ 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste
▢ 2 tablespoons honey
Bang Bang Chicken Skewers Bang Bang Chicken Skewers is a quick, flavorful recipe made with cubed chicken brushed with homemade bang bang sauce, cooked in an air fryer.
Super Bowl Spicy Honey Sriracha Wings
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
• 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
• Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, melted butter, minced garlic, grated ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half of the sauce over them. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until wings are cooked through and crispy.
5. While the wings are baking, heat the remaining sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until it thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
6. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and brush with the thickened sauce.
7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Ingredients:
1. 2 lbs chicken wings
2. 1 cup barbecue sauce
3. 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
4. 1 tsp garlic powder
5. 1 tsp onion powder
6. 1 tsp smoked paprika
7. Salt and pepper to taste
8. 1 cup flour
9. Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Coat chicken wings in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
4. In a separate bowl, coat marinated wings with flour, shaking off excess.
5. Fry wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
6. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
7. Toss fried wings in additional barbecue sauce for an extra flavor kick.

1. Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Spicy Pepper Jack Burger Recipe:
Ingredients:
For the burger patties:
1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the spicy pepper topping:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup mixed hot peppers (such as jalapeños, serranos, or cherry peppers), sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Additional toppings:
Pepper Jack cheese slices
Burger buns
Lettuce leaves
Sliced tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Preheat your grill or stovetop grilling pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped red onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the beef mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
Grill the burger patties to your preferred level of doneness, adding a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
While the burgers are cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced hot peppers, diced red bell pepper, and minced garlic for the spicy topping. Sauté until the peppers are slightly softened, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Assemble the burgers: Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a burger patty with melted Pepper Jack cheese. Top with the sautéed spicy pepper mixture and sliced tomatoes.
