Crye-Leike Executive Realty is looking to add a full-time Customer Service Representative to manage the front desk and help perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality with great people skills both in person and on the phone, which is a must in this position. Candidate will also need superior multi-tasking, and stress management skills to work in a high tempo real estate office setting.

Ultimately, our ideal Customer Service Representative will have a positive, self-motivated work ethic and be able to execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards in a timely fashion. Computer skills are also a must and candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, be able to quickly learn our proprietary systems and be proficient in all forms of social media. Real estate office staff experience is a plus.
