October is Breast Cancer Awareness month 💗 That really hits me, as a Breast Cancer Warrior & Survivor! This “diagnosis” changed my life, and I have openly shared my journey-the good and the bad, the honest and the real struggles. I’m not going to encourage you to donate “to the cause” I am going to encourage you to become really familiar with your body! I found my lump and acted on it. I wasn’t even old enough to have a mammogram! Cancer doesn’t have to run in your family. I was the first in my family to be diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and I lived a fairly healthy life. I’m asking everyone to start your monthly self exams, same day every month- The easiest to remember is the day of your birthday 🎂 early detection is key!!
