Custom Kansept Kryo
What's special about this Kansept Kryo? A lot, but mostly due to Kansept. I've only done a bit of cosmetic tweaking to this already fine flipper knife. They come stock like in the first pic (in comments), green G10 with hex milling. The edges were a tad abrupt, so I took off the scales and chamfered the edges more. That done, I dyed the scales black in boiling RIT dye. Once fully blacked, I sanded just the high spots so the green would show on the hexagons, but the chamfered edges and the gaps between the hexagons stayed black. This adds a two-tone contrast (as well as the better feel from the laid back bevel). This knife is a flipper on ceramic bearings, D2 3.5" blade. See video for more deets.
