We are wrapping up our Madeira Beach project. The GC was able to get power to the house so we were able to put finish on and do start up. Our St Pete is finished and ready to be swam in 11 weeks after breaking ground and that includes 4 weeks for chemical start up. Customer is making a last minute change to the turf area which we will do doing in the next week or so. A lot has happened at our St Pete Pool since our last update. We’ve gotten the shell in the ground, all the plumbing is finished along with the equipment set and pool tile. The decking will be finished tomorrow and we are planning to prep and shoot the finish next week. This pool was 9 weeks start to finish. Another layout, dig, steel done and passed inspection. We will be shooting this shell tomorrow in the City of St Petersburg. It’s always fun seeing our clients designs go from paper into real life.

The Madeira Beach project has it's shell finished and we are about 80% completed with the rough plumbing on this one. We should be getting pavers delivered next week and keep an eye out for future updates on this one as we will be using pervious pavers on this project. By using pervious pavers it allowed us to provide the homeowner with a larger patio due to impervious surface coverage restrictions. We always try to find solutions to our customers problems.

Some people just get it. The guys from Westbound Sportfishing and Hogfish Pools and Spas have been out here cutting up bait for the past couple of hours for the Jingle Bell Kids Tournament! Thank you for all your help!

Finally at dig day on this one out in Madeira Beach! We had a slight setback on this one. Once we had the pool laid out the owner decided they wanted to move it further into their back yard. After some discussions with the City we were approved to use their seawall as their property line and were able to move this pool another 9' into their back yard which made the owner super happy. This one will be finished being dug today and we will start the rough plumb on it later this week. We just love the views this owner is going to have once their back yard is finished!

Out at our Madeira Beach project today getting it laid out for a dig that starts next week. The homeowner is going to have some amazing views lounging in their pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to see this one start to come together.

This is our Palm Harbor project, we got to dig this pool last Thursday, we passed inspection this morning, and the shell is almost finished being shot this afternoon. This pool has a Pentair Quikclean in floor cleaning system so the layout process on this takes a little while longer but totally worth it. We will start underground plumbing in the next few days so stay tuned for further updates!
