I'm always open to checking out local spots, and this one is at the top of my list when others ask me "where is a good place to eat in Fenton?". They have a great menu that fits most dietary needs, and the staff is so helpful and friendly!

Owning a home isn’t always better than renting, and renting is not always as simple as it seems. Here, I've highlighted some of the key differences between renting and buying:

Three reasons, of many, why you should choose to list your home with an agent (preferably me 😉) instead of going the independent route and choosing to go down the “For Sale By Owner” (FSBO) road:

1- Some Realtor’s may not show a FSBO home. Even if a client insists on seeing your property, the agent may discourage making an offer, citing the hassles and risks of trying to close the deal without a professional representing the seller.

2- Agents have access to large networks. Even if you have a large professional and personal network, those people will likely have little interest in spreading the word that your house is for sale.

And finally,

3- Exposure to legal risks. A LOT of legal paperwork is involved in a home sale, and it needs to be completed correctly by an expert. One of the most important items is the Seller’s Disclosure. A seller can be held liable for fraud, negligence, or breach of contract if they do not disclose properly.
