I recently had the privilege of helping a wonderful couple purchase their dream home. The home they fell in love with was owned by a lovely woman who had raised her family there. It was evident that this home held many precious memories for her.
It was heartwarming to see the joy on my clients' faces as they envisioned their future in this charming home. With hard work and determination, we were able to close the deal and make their dream a reality.

Being a part of this journey and seeing the happiness on both the seller's and buyers' faces is what makes my job so fulfilling. It's a reminder that real estate is not just about buying and selling homes, but also about helping people find a place where they can build a life full of love and memories. 🥰

Another book down! is a cool book that gives the blueprint on how to accelerate your life to start condensing yearly achievements into quarterly ones. Lots of good takeaways for this upcoming quarter! 📈📈📈

I’m on a mission to read(or listen) more in 2023! So far… this is what I have completed and my overall takeaways:
1. Untethered Soul- Discovered more about myself on a deeper level. Who am I? Detaching from racing thoughts.

2. Atomic Habits- 10% better each day. Turning small habits into big one. The power of visible accountability.

3. Never Split The Difference- kick ass way to handle negotiations with clients. Learned a lot! Very easy to implement.

4. Richest Man In Babylon- paying yourself first and letting your money and your moneys money work for you. A little tough with the old biblical thees , thys and thous.. but overall a good anecdotal tale.

Day 4! President and CEO of Century 21 Mike Miedler.

If it’s one thing about me….. I need to find out who’s in charge, and make it a point for me to introduce myself.
Why? because a few years ago I decided to stop waiting for opportunities and start being deliberate with creating the success I want.

So here I am… proof I was there and introduced myself to the CEO of my organization. How cool is this going to be when I reshare this once what I really want to do in this organization comes true- and it’s more than just sell a few homes. 😉

Day 3! ❤️ my team so much. Welcomed me in with open arms and ALWAYS keep me laughing. Definitely made the right choice with my brokerage back in July. TRAINING ✅ TECHNOLOGY ✅ DOWN TO EARTH, FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED ✅ DIVERSITY ✅ ❤️

Me and office mate Becca met Realtor Emily from Philadelphia. Emily gave great insights and guidance on how to get involved in my areas relocation (AREAA) team and how to connect with NAREB which focuses on the black community in homeownership! What a gem 💎

Pre-Conference learning Day 1 COMPLETE!

This learning agenda is jammed pack with amazing workshops and breakout sessions. Excited to have to opportunity to go and learn from the best! Also... the weather will be in the 80's and I am ready to soak up the Florida sun!! 🤩

I got a call from the listing agent that the seller wanted to choose my clients because they saw so much of themselves in the couple and really wanted to pay it forward as it was done to them. I was full of all the warm fuzzies! Talk about Divine Timing! 😇We looked at many homes, and we were on a deadline. A true lesson in not settling cause they were able to get 🙌🏾 MORE THAN THEY BARGAINED FOR! 🙌🏾

This home was an amazing find for my buyer. Beautiful inside and out. You can tell the owners cared for every square inch of the property. Smoothest transaction to date! The owner, listing agent and my client were all amazing.

Received the most beautiful and fragrant flowers 💐 from a client yesterday! It’s amazing how gestures like these always come for me at the perfect time.

I was feeling a little anxious and in an effort to calm myself and refocus, I left my work phone at home, and decided to take Lainey for a quick walk and get myself together with some good music. To my surprise when I came back (feeling much better) my office had left me a voicemail that I had been delivered flowers and how beautiful they were! 🥰 This act completely course corrected the rest of day.
