I just wanted to update everyone on why I’ve been kind of silent. There was a death in the family that happened very suddenly. If you have orders with me and you are waiting for your cups I’m slowly getting everything done. If you guys want cups now would be a good time we could use some extra money to pay for funeral costs. A few policy updates:
The cup is non-refundable once you get it, this is due to the fact that through the entire process of making it I am going over every possible detail with you and taking every detail into consideration. Under the circumstances that you get your cup and their is something wrong with your item when you get it we can talk about refunding or making a new product.
I am going to start requiring a security deposit of 50% of the cups cost due to so many people not paying me for the Product I’ve already customized to their liking.
Do not message me and ask for a refund after you have put your cup through a heat cycle in the dishwasher, I leave clear instructions to not do so. This is absolutely not negotiable.
