Sub Zero Sweets will not be open Saturday at the Tri Cities Flea Market we will be in Chattanooga at the Walnut Street Bridge Festival. We will be back Sunday for all your freeze dried candy needs as well as my Mexican Street Corn and ice cream.

I need someone interested in working next weekend at the Bluff City Tri Cities Flea Market. Will pay $200 for 12 hours. Which would be 6 hours each day on Saturday and Sunday. Must be able to move candy from store on lower level to the outside covered building up top each day.

Been busy all week putting out as much candy as possible. We have 2 18-20k ppl events in June. Now I’m selling in Johnson City Mall as well as possible store in Bristol TN as well as Tri Cities Flea Market.

Great Smoky Mountains Food Fest

I don’t like marshmallows usually except in hot chocolate.

Experimenting this week I found three I definitely would snack on and recommend.

New this weekend! Caramel apple Taffy! Green apple goodness on outside and rich caramel yum mines on the inside. A killer combination! Come get ya some😂

Couldn’t be happier right now! We have booked 3 events between end of May through June that are huge 18,000-20,000 ppl attending. Big things are ahead!!!

Got both FD doing overtime today! Mexican street corn sold out so had to make more so I did triple what I made last week. Asparagus I doubled up on it and the broccoli is a trial run. Seasoned it with butter n lemon pepper so we shall see

Lemon Heads are so so good! One of my favorites to freeze dry. They just melt in your mouth❤️❤️

Finished my Chamoy/Tajin Mango/watermelon skittles are done. I have a new favorite❤️❤️

Freeze dried Mexican Street Corn this weekend!

16 hours of skittles back to back. I end up with 7 gallon bags full and 12 canisters, 5 candy jars and five mason jars full. That’s about 32 lbs of skittles , love love my freeze dryers! Harvest Right is the best!!

What do you get when you take GUSHERS and coat them in cotton candy sugar?!? A snack they kids will fight you for! My oldest grandson loves them but so does my grand daughter!! You gotta try them

Lord have mercy!!! I tried the freeze dried asparagus. To say it turned out amazing is definitely an understatement!! These are delicious. It’s a tastey as well as healthy option to replace chips etc. I may not be able to sell these as I have been munching for a few minutes. Even Mike loves them!!
