Youth School of Liberation (Youth SOL) is a community leadership development program that teaches youth the tools to organize their communities to create meaningful change to bring about the liberation of all people.

Rose Conservatory and Youth School of Liberation are looking for your support and donations in collecting recycled items. Youth SOL and Rose Conservatory youth leaders are currently working on an environmental justice initiative. Your donations will support our youth leaders in learning the importance of  community engagement, environmental justice, and teach them that change starts with them. All donations are welcomed and much appreciated!âťď¸

Our leaders put in work! Itâs the âbehind the scenesâ that make everything happen.
Over the past year, we have partnered with to develop their students around concepts of community and justice. This summer they decided together to work on improving school food. Today, they held their first research meeting with our Food Justice team to learn about what we have been doing for the past two years. We are so excited for what these groups of leaders are going to accomplish together!
The Roses (youth at &rose Conservatory) have been mentored by Youth SOLâs youth mentors Trinity and Dainae. Today, Trinity coached these young Roses through their meeting with Youth SOL leader Micael. Not one person over 17 in the mix!!!!!! These young people are on fire!

Itâs happening!!! After spending time learning how with , we put the first pieces down in our community garden today! Thanks to all those who came to help â¤ď¸ and to Christ Congregational Church Brockton UCC for partnering/providing this space! And big shout out to our funders Boston Childrenâs Hospital and Grassroots Fund for making this possible!

Last month, Youth SOL leaders partnered with Massachusetts Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence to host our first Community Convos event at the Brockton public main library. This was an event created to invite the community into a communal healing space and share our struggles with gun violence, mental health, domestic violence, youth violence, and other issues impacting Brockton. Thank you to everyone who joined us and for sharing your stories with us.
