New house remodel: ok here we are! All in the remodel- the first pic is what my pantry was and where the stove was placed. We are moving the stove making a corner stove placement and we will create a hallway with a coffee bar in the hallway- to the new butler pantry on the opposite side of this wall!!😊

I’m excited to offer these 2 plans I have designed for in-law suites- vacation homes- air bnb’s or just downsizing!! One is a 2 bed 1 bath- the other is 3 bed 2 bath- both with open concept in the front- with kitchen and living in front and beds/ baths in back. I’m excited to share the next project we are working on❤️ it will be available for air bnb when it is finished!! Will be 936 square feet - 2 bd 1 bath with a loft room that can sleep 4- wil sleep 8 total with an RV hook up outside!! There is a surprise feature that I will reveal closer to the completion so stay tuned!!
