after a visit to the farmer’s market yesterday, it’s been confirmed: tomato season is officially upon us 🍅 our favorite ways to honor this perfect produce? high quality pastas, made simply with excellent olive oil, Parmigiano, and very little else.

need any easy monday night recipe? try risotto! it seems complicated but it is truly so simple! we love to toss in whatever fresh ingredients leftover in the fridge, softened with some onion, shallot or garlic in a pan. then add in the uncooked risotto rice, stir to cover the rice in the veggies and then slowly add water or broth, a half cup at a time until all the liquid is soaked up and the risotto has reached your desired softness (we recommend maintaining a bit of a “bite” but otherwise soft).
you can experiment with so many different flavor combinations, and always finish with a good drizzle of olive oil & plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano. enjoy!!! 🍽️
