Great news, Everyone! The name was approved! All of the documentation and offices has been updated and approved. The business is now officially Raine-n-Moon Mindful Serenity. Again, thank you for all of your support. I will have the website back up and running ASAP. If you need anything before then, please message, text, or call! Blessings and Love to you all!

After several posts, messages, texts, and phone calls, I have decided to change the name of the company and to keep the business open. I am still awaiting the proper approval, which I had before so pray that it works. Lol. But if all goes well, the new name will be Raine-n-Moon Mindful Serenity. With that being said, I will be changing the name on here and Instagram at this time. The website will be on hold until everything is changed around. Photos will go up after everything is relabeled and photos are taken. I have to find out about changing the website. Things are going to be changing around a bit with education on various self-care and self-love practices and information.

I have spent the time that I allowed myself being bitter and angry. That time has passed. Now, I ask for those of you that pray...please pray for them. Pray for success and happiness, as they must be hurting if they had to go to such lengths to find my business and threaten a lawsuit. To them, please, have the name...you obviously need it more than I do. Just know that it is not the name that makes the business. It is the way you treat people. For all the longer I have been doing this, and all the more customers I have, I have learned that much. I pray that you are successful and that you learn this very lesson. God bless you.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that Lunar Rainne Holistics will be closing. I am so very grateful to the customers that have been loyal and to those of you that have supported me in trying to help my husband to support our family while working from my home so that we could start a family. Unfortunately, there is a big company that feels threatened by my little company that I run out of my kitchen and does not like the fact that I have used two common words in the title, so they are threatening to sue for infringement. Yes, I could change the name; however, that does not stop another company from doing the same thing. For me to put the money out to change the name, get a new website, domain, change all of my labels, and purchase a whole new logo, just for someone to come in and do this again, it is just not worth it to me. It took me almost 2 years to even come close to having this all set up, and I was still working on it. I just find it rather heartbreaking after all the hard work I have put into it to set everything up, that a company who does something completely different feels threatened by me trying to help others enough to bully me into this decision. I just hope that they can sleep better at night knowing that they made a mom close her tiny business making soaps out of her kitchen so they can sell their expensive jewelry without feeling threatened. To those of you with a business, make sure your names are trademarked so no one can come from out of the country to make you change your name or close them down. And just so you know, as per the lawyer consult, even if you do trademark your name, this can still happen. As there were several companies with the same two words in their name before she got the trademark on her company. Lunar Rainne Holistics with be dissolved by February 4th so as not to be sued for infringement. Again, thank you all for being such wonderful friends and supporters. Much love to you all.
