This is my FAVORITE prep-ahead breakfast protein:

(Save & share this yummy, protein-packed recipe!)

Turkey Breakfast Sausages
(makes approx. 8 sausages, I usually double this recipe and freeze them)

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp finely chopped sage
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tsp finely chopped thyme
(you can get all three in a ‘poultry bouquet’)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp cold water
Olive oil cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix until just blended. Do not overmix as that will make the sausage tough.
3. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray.
4. Use a muffin scoop to scoop approx. eight balls onto sheet.
5. Flatten balls into patties with a spatula. (Spray tops of turkey with oil if the spatula sticks)
6. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165 and no pink is remaining.
7. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freezer up to 3 months.

5am: muffins w/ pb, energize
8am: eggs, bacon, fruit, & muffin OR oatmeal OR banana-egg bowl
10:30am: apple, tuna OR beachbar
1pm: Salad OR leftovers
3pm: Shakeo, handful trail mix
6pm: Chicken burrito bowl OR other ‘veggies most’ meal OR eat out (still try for lots of veggies)
8pm: small treat 2-3 times

No way was I going to spend the next 20 years barely seeing my twin sister.

When we found out that Becky was moving to Kansas, I was super sad. That was the first time I REALLY considered leaving teaching. I needed a job that would give me the time flexibility and the finances to get our families together more than twice a year.

I’ve written her name down every week as a reminder as to why I’m working so hard to build my online business. She won’t be in Kansas forever, but with military life, who knows where she’ll go. (DC next 🎉)

Now that I have time flexibility, you bet you’ll be seeing more of our adventures ❤️.

When I started my journey, 90% of my diet was processed carbs, and I was addicted to sugar. I was constantly going on ‘diets’ by eating things that actually made me feel worse…Diet Coke, 100-calorie packs, Special K, etc. And when I wasn’t on a ‘diet,’ I survived on cookies, fast food milkshakes, and cereal. It was all or nothing, and I was so sick.

When I was first introduced to my nutrition program, I didn’t know that it would jumpstart an entire life change. I just knew that I needed structure and accountability.

Over the past 5+ years, I’ve learned cleaner eating, broken my sugar addiction, and stopped ‘dieting’ forever. I’ve learned ways to navigate everything life throws at me, from school luncheons to parties. I even do my best to follow the simple principles of the program while traveling, like I did last weekend in Vegas, and this weekend in Kansas! ✈️ It’s not always perfect, but even after days that aren’t, I’ve developed the mindset to keep going❤️.

Life is going to give you 50,000 excuses as to why you can’t start now. But if you’re ready to combat those excuses, I’d love to tell you more. We don’t count calories, points, or macros. We don’t cut out entire food groups, or deprive ourselves. If I have been able to stick with it for 5 years, you can too!

I’m a busy mama, wife, and teacher from a small town. I never thought this could be me. I never thought I would be an entrepreneur, or a leader. I never thought I’d have a reason to wear a sparkly dress. 🤩

But walking into this space last night…I felt like I was EXACTLY where I belonged ❤️. I’m honored and privileged to experience this with other emerging leaders in this business.

I’ve never been treated this nicely as a teacher, just saying 😅.

I never would’ve come to Vegas (or many other amazing places) without this business. I never would’ve set personal goals, or dreamed bigger for my life, without this business. I can’t even put into words the gratitude I feel.

If you’re like the old me, stop thinking so small. Never count yourself out. Never say never. And get over your excuses. You were made for incredible things, and it’s up to you to pursue them!

Last Thursday, I woke up early like I usually do, heated up my muffins, mixed my energize, and sat down at my barely-lit kitchen island. I logged in to my coach online office to peek at my paycheck. Just like every week, I felt absolute gratitude for what my business is doing for us.❤️

As soon as I became a working mom, I put a ceiling on what I was capable of. Impact-wise and income-wise. I was so lost in the day-to-day shuffle that I settled for what I thought my life should look like. But now I know that my personality doesn’t like settling 🤓. I’m beyond ready to crash through the ceiling I put on myself!

As partners, our paycheck is a reflection of the impact that we are making. I’m not just impacting my family financially, but I’m helping others in the process ❤️. All while continuing to grow through my own journey.

I’ve never thought of myself as ‘powerful.’ Sure, I can be determined. But I’m also shy, introverted, and non-confrontational. You might see me as a simple, small-town schoolteacher (Larry would disagree with the word simple 😅). And ever since having kids, I’ve felt stuck and lost in day-to-day survival, with no time to figure out who I really am.

When this business came into my life, I had no idea what it would give me. I just wanted to earn a little extra income for my family. I had no clue the confidence, purpose, and power it would make me feel when I began taking it seriously.

When you become a partner in this biz, you’re not just getting an incredible business opportunity. You’re getting the chance to change how you see yourself, rediscover what you’re capable of, and shift how you show up for the world.🦸‍♀️

If little old me can do it, so can you. (Although I never feel ‘little’ anymore😊). How I started ❤️…

A little over 5 years ago, I finally got over my excuses and decided to work on my nutrition. I felt completely lost on where to start. I researched ideas and recipes online, but was never confident or consistent with what I was doing.

When I happened upon a challenge group doing this new program on Facebook, I was skeptical. I didn’t know these people. I didn’t want to pay anything when I was already finding stuff for free.

But I was all over the place, and needed structure. A little accountability couldn’t hurt either.

So I took the plunge to try this nutrition program with a bunch of ladies from all over the US. As I dug into the program, I realized it was exactly what I needed. A simple, easy way to balance my meals. No calorie counting or cutting out food groups. And learning how to change my mindset about food and dieting forever.❤️
