Delco !! We are still measuring the feasibility of staying open year round’. We still cannot meet the terms of a long term lease bc unfortunately bigger corporate stores and restaurants can pay more than we can, and part of being in such a great location is the rent is very very high !!

Your continued support means the world to us !!! We hope you will continue to support the store as we go into the summer season !! Let the landlord (the very amazing Federal Realty who we love !!!!) know that you want us !! We will continue to look for a permanent home in the area, however we would love to stay right where we are at !!!!
