Easy and Quick 🧇Recipe... These have been a hit around here. Limited ingredients and some protein to keep the kids full enough! Recipe takes 10 minutes to prep, and 20 minutes to cook, and it makes around 20 squares! This is a good recipe to eat as a pre-workout snack 😆

Wet Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 60 ml coconut oil / unsalted butter
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 360 ml unsweet almond milk / milk of choice
- 200 g sourdough discard (sub: 56 g AP Flour & 56 g h20)

Dry Ingredients:
- 60 g unflavored whey protein powder
- 240 g AP flour
- 60 g raw sugar / sugar of choice
- 12 g baking powder
- 10 g salt

How to?
⭐️Add sourdough starter, eggs and milk to a bowl and stir together.

⭐️Add liquid coconut oil / melter butter and stir until combined with the starter mixture.
⭐️In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.

⭐️Mix liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients

⭐️Heat up your waffle iron and use to cook your waffles. The beauty of these waffles is they will work well as crispy waffles or a softer more like a pancake!

Here’s the deal… in order to reach your goal, you have to change some things.

Whether it’s your food, training style, your mindset, or habits - something could be holding you back.

Realistically… people avoid change because change is HARD!!

I could have stayed 50 lbs overweight with little muscle because that was easy. But instead, I chose to not “be stuck” and changed that mindset to a better, healthier version of me.

I chose option 2, I stuck with it, and that was HARD.. especially having to make sacrifices and changes. I am nothing special, and I’m a nobody. If results are possible for me - they are possible for everyone, including YOU!!

You just need to realize that you HAVE to make some changes and STICK to them.
