Looks like we have a great selection of seasonal fruits and veggies, micro greens and mushrooms, eggs, honey, jams, jellies, pickles, baked goods including sourdough, freeze dried fruits and candies, street foods like kettle corn and roasted nuts, potted plants and cactus, pottery and other artisan items, and most importantly this morning, fresh squeezed lemonade!

Let's talk pepper jellies. Did you know you can make delicious rubs for you briskets, ribs, or even pork tenderlions with any of our jellies/jams? Try it with one of our pepper jellies for an added kick. You can even get inventive and make a Barbeque sauce with our pepper jellies as well.

Infact, there are lots of possibilities other than cream cheese and crackers (which is still one of my favorites).

It’s not too late to get your Lightsey peaches for some 4th of July PEACH ICE-CREAM! Check out this recipe:

Old Fashioned Peach Ice-cream :

12 large eggs
2 cups sugar + 1/2 c for fruit
½ tsp salt
1 can eagle brand milk
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 quart half & half
3 tsp vanilla
1 quart (4 cups) chopped peaches
Whole milk as needed

Cut up peaches and add 1/2 cup sugar. Leave in fridge 4 hours - overnight. Purée 2 cups and chop 2 cups into small chunks. Mix all ingredients and pour into ice cream maker. Operate ice-cream maker, according to manufacturer instructions.
