very much true I had a client highly upset about her lashes that they were too long and I tried multiple time to tell her not all sets look the same on everyone I put the exact length on her that was in the picture. also a picture doesn’t define the true length it may appear shorter or longer in person than the picture justifies. great learning experience for me is to ask the client what length are you expecting and not just go off a picture cause not all clients understand numerical lengths for lashes. so when you come specify short, medium, or long don’t just show me a picture because I will do exactly what’s in the picture.
