I received a call from a family local in South Buffalo who needed a bathroom remodel as the shower was leaking into the kitchen. Gutted and prepped an upper bathroom installed soffits, drywall and installed kitchen cabinets with a half bath for a client in my neighborhood. Last one of 2023! A friend called and said she needed her parents bathroom finished. I told her I'll stop and take a look and see what we can do for them. Talked with her and her parents they bounced their ideas off of me and we took the ball and ran with it, ran into some mold as always in the bathroom area. So this was a very detailed bathroom we did for a great client! Sorry about all the pictures but to show the detail that went into this bathroom it was necessary lol. The wall tile was a 1/2 thick 🤦‍♂️. We used his leftover granite counter tops from the kitchen remodel as the seat, curb and shelves in the niches.. Complete tear off of one layer of siding and one layer of cedar shake including paper, insulation and install all new plus wrap the chimney in CertainTeed cedar shake material that corners had to be installed individually to off set each run. Another house flip in the books. This one was a complete renovation and of course there were a lot of unseen internal damage found along the way. But all in all we didn't go over budget by to much.
